Who we are

COREfeedback™ is operated by Bixli, LLC, 4403 Oleander Dr, Suite C #212, Wilmington, NC 28403. Questions about this policy can go to [email protected].

What Google data we access

When you connect your Google account, you grant COREfeedback™ access through Google's OAuth 2.0 consent screen. We request one permission scope, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage, which lets us work with the Business Profiles you own or manage. Through that scope we access:

• Your Business Profile account and location names, so you can choose which locations to connect.
• Customer reviews posted on the locations you connect, including the star rating, review text, reviewer display name and profile photo as shown publicly on Google, review date, and any reply you or your team have posted.
• Reply content that you write in COREfeedback™ and ask us to publish on Google.

We do not access your Google Search, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or other Google services. We do not access Business Profiles that you have not chosen to connect.

How we use Google data

We use the data only to provide the COREfeedback™ features you asked for:

• Show your reviews to you in your COREfeedback™ dashboard.
• Let you write and publish replies to your reviews.
• Display your reviews on your own website through an embeddable widget, with Google attribution and a link to your public Google Business Profile.
• Keep the connection working, for example by detecting expired or revoked access and telling you to reconnect.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with data brokers or other third parties for their own purposes. We do not use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Google API Services User Data Policy

COREfeedback™'s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data separation between clients

Each client sees only their own Google data. We do not combine review content from different clients, and we do not show one client's data to another. Bixli staff access client data only as needed to operate and support the service.

How long we keep Google data

We refresh the review data we store from Google at least once every 30 days. Stored Google review data is overwritten or deleted within 30 days of being retrieved, so the data shown in your dashboard and widget stays current. We keep limited operational records, such as connection status, the time of the last successful sync, and API error codes, which do not include review content.

Sharing and service providers

We use hosting and infrastructure providers to run COREfeedback™. They process data on our behalf under agreements that restrict them to providing that service. We disclose Google user data to others only with your consent, when needed to provide or secure the service, or when the law requires it.

Security

We protect Google data with encryption in transit, access limited to authorized personnel, and secure storage of the authorization tokens that keep your connection active. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected clients as required by law if a breach affects their data.

Disconnecting and deleting your data

You are in control of the connection:

• Disconnect from COREfeedback™. Use the disconnect option in your COREfeedback™ settings. We stop accessing your Google data and delete the stored authorization token.
• Revoke access at Google. You can remove COREfeedback™ at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Access ends immediately.
• Request deletion. Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will delete the Google data we hold for you within 30 days. Deleting data in COREfeedback™ does not delete your reviews or Business Profile on Google.

Website widgets

If you place a COREfeedback™ widget on your website, it displays your Google reviews to your site's visitors with Google attribution and a link to your public Business Profile. You are responsible for describing the widget in your own privacy policy. We do not hide reviews based on star rating by default.

Fees

COREfeedback™ is provided as part of your Bixli engagement. There is no separate fee for connecting or managing your Google Business Profile, and Google does not charge for the connection. Any fees for Bixli services are stated in your written quote before work begins.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we make a material change, we will post the new version here with a new effective date and notify connected clients by email.
