COREloop™
Client Acquisition Systems
Build a pipeline that does not depend on this week's referrals: clearer offers, steadier follow-up, and a path that helps right-fit prospects decide.
Background
Mauricio spent more than a decade in software development and product leadership before founding Bixli. He led engineering teams, built products from zero to launch, and managed cross-functional delivery in the technology industry.
That background shapes how Bixli works. Each engagement starts as a systems design problem: find the constraint, decide the order of work, and build something the team can run after the initial project ends. He co-founded Bixli with Rosalva Mendoza, who leads operations and client delivery.
Accessibility practice
Mauricio is a member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP), the global professional body for accessibility practitioners. He leads COREaccess™, Bixli's four-part accessibility framework: Audit, Remediate, Train, and Monitor.
The practice works to WCAG 2.2 AA and covers the questions businesses bring to it: ADA Title III exposure, the European Accessibility Act for U.S. companies selling into the EU, and Accessibility Conformance Reports (VPATs) for buyers who ask for one. Fixes happen in the code, without overlays, so the work holds up for users and under review.

Editorial standards
Claims in Bixli articles are checked against original sources: the published study, the regulator, or the standards body itself. Each source is cited inline, on the words that state the finding, with enough context to judge it: who ran it, how large the sample was, and what was studied.
Older articles are being revised to this standard. When an article has been substantively revised, it shows the date of that update under the title.
